Book card for Mother's day -DT Ett Trykk

Good morning friends and followers,
Hope you are enjoying your Saturday! I am so lucky to have the whole day to myself today, and lucky for me the weather is bad so I don't have to feel like I should be outside...lol

I want to show you a mother's day- book card I made for the February- edition of Ett Trykk Magazine. Mother's day is in february here in Norway, and my mum was very happy about this. She loves purple, and she has learned to love the Magnolias after years of receiving Magnolia cards for every occation...lol!

I used the gorgeous Maja Design papers from the 'Skal vi ta en fika/shall we have coffee' collection, I bought them at the Live & Love craft store. These are called 'Två Frøknor 'and 'Mandelkake med Plommor'.
the flowers are Kort og Godt, and WOC, the pearls are Melissa Frances, the corner die is from La la land Crafts and I also used Spellbinder dies and Martha Steward punch- around- the- page. I distressed the edges with Walnut Stain distress ink.

I made the bookcard inspired by many bloggers and my own experience. If you need a tutorial, you can find one here at my DT colleague's blog: Wenches Kort og Papir.

The image is the 'Tilda sending loveletter', I colored it with distress ink pads and markers.
Colors used: Vintage Photo, Tattered rose, Antique Linen, Dusty Concord, Black Sooth, Peeled Paint.

The sentiment means "dear mother" and it's from Norsk Stempelblad AS.

That's it for today, I'm off to dive into my crafting stuff now...lol...
Wishing you a wonderful crafty weekend!

DT Anonyme Scrappere

Good morning bloggers and friends.

It's time for a new challenge over at Anonyme Scrappere.
Stop by the blog to find out what our challenge is this time, and be inspired by my talented DT- collegues.

I made a basket for this challenge, very much inspired from the very talented Randi. She has a tutorial on her blog HERE.

Du finner hennes tutorial på denne boksen HER.

I used Pion design papers, some WOC roses and the big Gardenias are from the Live & Love craft store. I used spellbinder dies, and Magnolia doohickey's Tilda Lace die . The brads are the vintage pearl brads, also from the Live & Love craft store. The pearls ribbon and lace are from my stash.

I had to add a Magnolia image to my project, as always, so I inked up one of my mini Magnolias, Tilda with many hearts, using Copic Markers. I used the E70's for the hair and shoes, RV90's for the dress and hearts, for the skin I used my usual combo: E13-11-00-000.

Here is what the basket looks like on the inside. This paper is also from the Alma's Sewing Room collection by Pion Design.
