My final DT post for Art By Mi Ran: Joy Fold for Valentiene's day

Hi peeps, 

How are you? It's friday and time for an brand new challenge over at the Art By MiRan challenge. As always you are free to use any image and the challenge is Anything Goes. I would love to see you color up one of the gorgeous images from the Art By Mi Ran Etsy Store.

This is my final post as a DT, as I am stepping down, but I know I will keep using these gorgeous images by the very talented and sweet Mi Ran. 

Valentine's day is only a couple of weeks away, so I thought I would make one.

This is a Joy Fold card. You can find the tutorial on youtube, I used THIS one from Splitcoast Stampers.

Papers are Christmas papers by Studio Light (I just cut away the christmas stuff lol), Martha Stewart Cherish Punch around the page, Charms by Korthobby, Flowers by WOC. Butterfly stamp by Kreativ Hobby. I used my sewing machine along the edges and distress ink walnut stain.

The image on the front of the card is All of my Heart.

DT Art by MiRan Challenge #23: Happy New Year!

Good morning friends, 

Hope you had a wonderful and peaceful time over the holidays! I had a great time relaxing with my family. I even had some coloring time.

It's time for a new challenge over at the Art By MiRan Challengeblog. I found this amazing image over at Art By MiRan Etsy Store and thought of a fun twist with the sentiment for this New Years card for a friend.

Papers are Pion Design, flowers by WOC and Hobbykunst, Clock is a charm from ebay, and I used a Magnolia die. I used sticker letters and my computer to create the sentiment. Shabby seam binding from  the Live and Love craft store.

I had lots of fun with colors on this beautiful image: Mystica by Art by Mi Ran.

DT Art By Mi Ran: 1 year celebration

Happy New year friends and followers, 

I will start the new year by joining the lovely Mi Ran Jung in celebrating the one year anniversary of her Art By Mi Ran line of digital and rubber stamps.

DT Art by Mi Ran #21 Tea light card/Telys kort

It's timer for a brand new challenge over at the Art by Mi Ran Challenge blog.

As usual we have an Anything goes challenge for you to play with, but I do know lots of you will use the opportunity to get your christmas cards done. Check out all those beautiful christmas images over at the artbymiran Etsy Store.

 I made a tealight card. I originally found the idea over at the Stamp Artic blog.
Papers are Pion Design Cristmas papers from last year. Flowers by North Star Stamps and Hobbykunst. Dies by Spellbinders and Memorybox. I used a Martha Stewart punch- cherish- along the edges. Snowflakes are the Martha Stewart Himalayan Snowflake punch. Sentiment by North Star Stamps.

DT Art by Mi Ran #20

 Hello crafty friends,
It's time for a new challenge over at Art By Mi Ran Challenge blog. As always it's anything goes, but you should check out the gorgeous images over at Art By Mi Ran Etsy shop (and there's a sale at the moment!!!!!). Lots of lovely christmas images to choose from. You can also find several of them in rubber, like this little beauty from Treasured times Rubber Stamps.

I used kraft as base for this card and covered with  Papirdesign – Stille Natt design papers, I used old book pages to die cut the Magnolia Spruce die. Sentiment is by Kreativ Hobby

The embellishements are pointsettias by Papirdesign, berries by Kort og Godt, the reindeer charm is by Korthobby, pearls by Panduro. 

Dies are circle dies by Lifestyle, swirl by Memorybox. I used Himalayan Snowflake punch by Martha Stewart. 

The image is Santa's Helper by Mi Ran Jung for Treasured Times Rubber Stamps.
Image is colored with copic markers. Motivet er fargelagt med Copics. Fargene står under her.
I used Stampendous Fran-tage chunky white around the image. I put some gesso on the poinsettias.

DT Art by Mi Ran: Fairy birthday wishes

Hi peeps,

It's time for a new challenge over at the Art by Mi Ran Challenge blog. I know we are approaching christmas, but when I saw this gorgeous image I wanted to make a birthday card. I could not help using the purple on her...lol. I did use winter/ christmas papers thoug:) 

Papers are Maja Design, dies by Spellbinders and Lifestyle crafts. Flowers by WOC and Kort og Godt. Pearls by Panduro. Swirl die by Memorybox and Sentiment by Kreativ Hobby. I used my sewing machine along the edges of the design papers, plus of course distress inks.

DT Art by Miran: To a wonderful Friend

 Hello crafty friends, 

It's time for a new challenge over at the Art by Mi Ran Challenge blog. 

For my card I masked to digi images toghether to make a scene. It was much easier to do digi masking than I thought. Just resize the images and put one image on top of the other in word.

Papers are Maja Design, flowers are WOC and Kort og Godt. I used a Martha Stewart punch along the edge, and a Tim Holtz/Sizzix filmstrip and ticket die. I embossed the tickets before adding them to the card. The sentiment is one I got in a Magazine i bought. 

The images I masked togheter are What's new pussycat and Little Garden Sally Bacground, both available  in Mi Ran's Etsy Store. Copic colors used:

Bookaholic Kaite

Hi peeps, hope you  are enjoying your days! I have been smitten by art journalling lately, so that's why I haven't been posting as much. LOL, I am at my crafting table all the time, but nothing to show for it except loads of fun an quality time with myself. He he. Maybe I will show you one day...

Well, I'm not going to give up cards any time soon, and I do make some in between the gesso and the gel medium and acrylic paints lol. Here's a card I made using one of my new favourite artists Art by Mi Ran. This is Bookaholic Kaite, you can get this and many more in the ArtbyMiRan's Etsy store.

DT Art By Mi Ran: Happy Halloween

Hello crafty friends, 

I was so excited when the talented Mi Ran Jung asked me to join the Art by Miran Challenge design team. you have seen me use a few of those gorgeous images lately, so I was happy to join the lovely ladies on her team. 

This is my very first DT card using the Whimsy Stamps rubber stamp Little Witch. I thought I would make a spooky scene with this flying wich, so I went bananas with my Silhouette (the poor thing has been gathering dust for months now lol). Here's the result: 

I really have no idea where the papers are from. I rarely use orange, so it has been in my drawer a couple of years. The shapes are all from the silhouette online store. Stickers are Making Memories and I used an old book page. 

 I had fun playing with violet and orange coloring this Little Witch.
