Good Morning peeps,
So so happy to show you this card!
The very sweet and talented creator of the Paper Nest Dolls Christine Young made this fabulous Pop Star image for my daughter Sabine! She just turned 8 a few days ago, and her biggest dream (at the moment) is to be a pop star. She keeps singing in front of the mirror, dancing and performing for everyone as often as she can. She loves to make songs, even though she only remembers them for about a second...lol...she says she can always make more and she is convinced that one day she will be a pop star (and a teacher at the same time....lol). This card was in the June edition of Ett Trykk Magazine.
I asked Sabine what a pop star would ware, and she said tights and a t-shirt with one bear shoulder (!) She loves the Paper Nest Dolls, and this one is for her.
Thank you Christine, I know she will be over the moon when she sees this and hears it's for her!
In Sabine's favorite colors- pink and turquoise.
I used papers from Poppy Design/ Vibeke Spigseth, Lace from stash, Flowers are WOC and Panduro. The sentiment is by Norsk Stempelblad. I used a Martha Stewart punch and spellbinder circle dies. The no. 8 is from a Tim Holtz numbers dies set, covered with glitter.
Copic colors used:
Skin: E04-11-00-000,
Hair: E21-25-29
Pink: E89-85-81
Turqoise: BG 75-72-70-11, W3
Black: W7-5-3-1

Hope you like it!
