Anonyme Timeglass del 1- Pop up card

Hello bloggers!

This project is for a Norwegian challengeblog so I will be posting in Norwegian today! Thanks for stopping by my blog♥

Her er mitt bidrag nr. 1.

Hello there friends and followers!
Hope you're all having a wonderful weekend!

Here is a boycard I made using a tutorial from Ett Trykk Magazine
The card is called 'triple pocket card'.

Sjekk ut HER.

The paper is from Pion Design, The punch is Martha Stewart, the dies I've used are Spellbinders and Magnolia doohickeys. the sentiment stamps are from Kreativ Hobby and Norsk Stempelblad AS, the postmark stamps are from Kort og Godt: The roses are WOC, and the ribbon and lace are from my stash.

I masked two magnolia stamps: Edwin in Miami and The Desk. I colored the image with distress ink pads and markers.

Hei folkens!

Midweek Magnolias #43

Happy hump day, friends and followers!
I hope you are settling into the new year. Over at the Midweek Magnolias we have lots of wonderful challenges for you this year, and our very first one in 2013 is:

Tilda on a tag!

You may enter any kind of creation you like, as long as you place a Tilda or an Edwin on a tag!

I've been practicing coloring with brighter and richer colors than I usually use, and darker shadows à la Mindy Baxter, and I had lots of fun taking her new Shades of Grey class at the CMC- classroom. I made this card with Tilda on a tag and placed it on a birthday card:

I used an some older Basic Gray dp the red one, and the gorgeous Pion Design papers. Tim Holtz die, Martha Steward punch, some lovely flowers and beautiful charms I got from my Secret Santa this year♥ Thanks hun! I used Stempelglede swirl stamps and Kort og Godt postmark stamps, and some WOC roses.  The berries are from Magnolia and the Seam binding is from the Live & Love Craft store.

Here is a closeup of the image and coloring. Copics used:
skin: E13-11-00-000,W3-1, R32-30 (cheeks), Reds: R89-39-37-35-32-30, Hair: E47-44-43-42-41-40, W7, Shoes and shadows: W7-5-3-1-00,  C00

I added a touch of crackle paint to the red flowers to soften the bright color a bit. The lovely pins are from Maya Road and Tim Holtz. The sentiment stamp is from Norsk Stempelblad AS.

Here's a look at the inside of the card too. I used my punch on the Pion Design dp, and added some swirl stamp print to the edges of the cardstock in the middle.

Please stop by the Midweek Magnolias to see the gorgeous creations of the rest of the DT this week, and join in for a chance to win a surprise present from Magnolia in Sweden!

I will enter my card into these three challenges:
The Inky Chicks: #1-Anything Goes!
Lovely hÄnglar & Sweet Magnolia: #60 Something new (I used my new flowers and charms)
Magnolia Down Under Challenges: #176 Anything goes

My final LLC DT post- January challenge

Happy New Year my dear friends and followers!
I hope you had a wonderful celebration last night, and that you welcome the new year with all its possibilities!

I have had to make some changes recently, and one of them, sadly, is that I'm leaving the LLC DT. I love  the sweet and talented Sandra and her wonderful team of lovely ladies, and I had so much fun being on her crew! So thank you Becky, Tina, Elin, Karita and my dear sweet Sandra! Now that I'm stepping down the Sandra has included two new, very talented team-members, Tracy and Louise. I love their work as well ass the rest of the team's gorgeous creations, so I am looking forward to following the blog and indulging in the LLC store in the future!
Thank you so much for having me!

Now on to the first  LLC challenge of the year:

SOMETHING OLD

A perfect theme for a vintage- lover like me! I made this calender as a gift for one of my sisters for Christmas. Real "old" style all the way. I hope you like it!

I used Pion Design Papers from two different collections: Children from the Grandmas Schoolbook collection and Blue Pansy 6x6 from the For Mother collection. The image is also from Pion Design's Grandmas schoolbook collection: Little sweeties. The punch I used around the edges is from Martha Steward, The calendar sheets are from Papirdesign. The clips are from my stash- bought them years ago. I used a paper doily, some corrugated cardboard, and a sheet from an old book. All edges are distressed with Tim Holtz distress ink- vintage photo. I used my sewing machine along the edges of the design papers. The flowers are WOC roses and Kort og Godt rolled roses- cream with a pearl in the middle.

I used the gorgeous Shabby seam binding, storm clouds and the vanilla cream, the heart is one of the newbies in the LLC store: Bark hearts- beautiful aren't they?! I used the

Pop over to the LLC blog to see the gorgeous creations of the brand new DT, and our talented guest designers, they will give you lots of inspiration to create something old for this months fab challenge!
