Greytones with homemade flower

For this card I did two things I've never done before. I  colored an image in greytones to make a black and white look, for the lovely hÄnglar or sweet Magnolia challenge: Main Character grey-tones or black and white, everything else coloured.
The lovely Midweek Magnolias challenge this week is May Flowers: Add flowers to your creation.
So I tried to make a flower.

I used papers from the lovely Pion Design, spellbinders, pearls, lace, rubbons (letters) and flowers from stash. Tim Holts distressink- vintage photo for distressing the edges, 3 different size flowerpunches. The sentiment is Norwegian and translates to:"New generations".

Coloring the stamp "Tildas family" with copics, I used W9-7-5-3-1 and blender.

Here's my homemade flower. i used 3 differen size flowerpunches. Distressed the edges and curled them a little before I glued them together.

Thank you for visiting my blog. Love it if you leave a comment to say what you think:)
