DT Copic Marker Norge: Vinter

Hello crafty friends,
It's time to remind you of our monthly challenge over at Copic Marker Norge. Theme of the month is "Winter"... you can make whatever you like as long as you use your copics!
Det er tid for å minne om årets første utfordring hos Copic Marker Norge  Temaet er "Vinter" og du kan lage hva du vil så lenge du bruker Copic tusjene dine!

Here's my take on the Winter theme:

I kept it simple, I wanted the image to be the main focus on the card. Papers by Pion Design, dies by Memorybox and We R Memorykeepers. I used some older Magnolia snowflake stamps to be emobossed using Frantage embossing enamel.

Image is Winter Coat Marci by La La Land Craft. Copic colors used:
Skin/Hud: E13-11-21-000, R20
Hair/Hår: E47-44-43-40
Greens/Grønt: YG99-97-95-93-91
Coat and hat/Kåpe og hatt: E09-07-15-13-11
I used a piece of denim with a few drops of copic blender to create the structure on the coat.
På kåpen og hatten har jeg laget struktur med en bit olastoff med noen dråper blender på.

Bli med på utfordringen da vel! Du finner detaljene og mer inspirasjon hos Copic Marker Norge.
Ha en fin dag!

Be sure to pop over to Copic Marker Norge to join in and to be inspired be the rest of the DT!

Have a great Wednesday!

DT Midweek Magnolias: Winter Blues

Good morning all,

We are having a new challenge ready for you over at the Midweek Magnolias this morning. We want to see something blue on your card or project this time.

Here's my card:
The papers are by Vibeke Spigseth/Poppy design, I used a tilda lace die, spellbinders oval and scalloped oval die, flowers by WOC and Magnolia chrysalis. The snowflakes punch is by Martha Stewart. The sentiment is by La la land crafts. I also used some cheese cloth behind the image.
I used a sketch by Marianne Skjelstad over at Sketchy Colors

I inked up the Snowy Tilda from a Christmas Story Collection with distress inks. I used some stickles on the snowflake in her hand.

Hope you like it! Now, hurry over to the Midweek Magnolias to see the gorgeous creations of the rest of the DT and join in for a chance to win a surprise gift from Magnolia in Sweden!

I would like to enter the following challenges:

Winter in Tilda's Town!

Hello bloggers and crafters!

Are you ready for the weekend, like me? I'm so ready to have some time to sit down with my crafting stuff and ink up some Magnolias...lol...

It's time for a new challenge over at the Tilda's Town Challengeblog.
This time we are getting ready for winter, and our theme is:

Walking in a winter wonderland

Stop by the TT blog to see the gorgeous creations of the rest of the DT, and to join in for the chance to win a $15 voucher from the wonderful Tilda's Town Store.
Free shipping all over, no matter how small or big you buy!

Here is my Winter Wonderland card:

I used papers form Pion Design, Magnolia Doohickey's dies: Scalloped Stitched Lace and the snowflake die. The big snowflake die and the text dies are from Quick Kutz. On the big snowflake I added Twinklet Diamond Dust to make it sparkle  The flowers are WOC and Kort og Godt. I used cheese cloth under the image. I added snowtext to the corners to create a sense of snow. As always I distressed the edges with distress inks and stitched around the edges with my sewing machine.

I colored the Midwinter Tilda from the Sweet Christmas Dreams Collection, and the Winter Night Background stamp with distress ink pads.

Here are some details for you.
