Jeg benytter anledningen til å takk for følget i året som gikk! Jeg setter stor pris på dere som stikker innom bloggen min og legger igjen så mange fine ord! Takk for inspirasjonen fra blogger og FB også!!!

I dag er det min tur til å inspirere hos Copic Marker Norge. Jeg har laget et kort med nydelige Penelope  motivet fra Art by Mi Ran.

It's my turn to give you some inspiration over at Copic Marker Norge today, 

I was happy to make something non-chrismas...lol. 

I used the gorgeous Penelope image by Art by Mi Ran, perfect for saying thanks for visiting my blog and leaving me so many nice words and comments this year! Thanks for sharing your work and being an inspiration to me on your own blogs or FB. I love being a part of the wonderful crafting community! 

The design paper is by Inkido, dies are La La Land crafts and snowflakes are Magnolia and Martha Stewart. Pearl center by Maya Road and pearls by Melissa Frances. Note clip is Ranger/Tim Holtz (I think).
I used my sewing machine along the edges.

 I colored "Penelope" using copic markers.

Colors used:

Skin/Hud: E13-11-21-000, R20

Hair/Hår: E29-25-21

Dress/Kjole: BV29-25-23-21, W7, and BG75-72-70 and W7

Flowers and cherries/Blomser og bær: R85-83-81

Dotted background/Prikkebakgrunn: C1, W1, R81, BV20-24, BG70-72

I decorated the inside a little too.

DT Art by Mi Ran #22

Hope you are having a wonderful Christmas! 

It's timer for a brand new challenge over at the Art by Mi Ran Challenge blog.

As usual we have an Anything goes challenge for you to play with. Maybe you got some crafty stuff for christmas to play with:) Please stop by to see the lovely creations from the rest of the DT, and join in for some crafty fun! 

I made a pocket card using Magnolia papers and lots of dies. La La Land Crafts, Magnolia Spruce (trees), Martha Stewart Himalayan Snowflake, Flowers by WOC and North Star Stamps, Charm from the Live & Love Craft store, Sentiment by Magnolia. Tag inside is a Sizzix die. I used Frantage Chunky white on the trees. 

I colored the lovely Elfie Elizabeth using my copic markers and the no- lines technique.
I made the details on the eyes and mouth using a brown prisma color pencil.
Colors used: Skin: E13-11-00-000, R20, Hair: E29-25-21, Reds: E18-09-07, R24-22.
Yellows: E35, YR24-23-21-20, Greens: BG99-96-93-90, Shoes: E39-37-35-33-31-30,
White: C3-1-00

One more Christmas card with a fun fold

Hi friends, 

Are you all ready for the holidays? I think have most of it done... but things keep popping up...lol. 

I have been busy making christmas cards all threw december. Every year I plan to start early, and every year I end up doing most of it at the last moment. But there's lots of fab inspiration out there. I haven't colored Magnolias much lately, don't know why. So many cuties. So I got this chrismas image out. I stamped it with brown ink- witch gave it a softer look that I liked. 

Went well with the vintage red I love so much. 

I was inspired by a card I saw over at Camillas facebook page (sorry I couldn't find it to link directly). I used Maja design papers and Memorybox dies to decorate. Flowers are North Star Stamps. Sentiment by Norsk Stempelblad.

Kortet er inspirert av et kort jeg så på Camillas facebook side. Jeg klarte ikke finne det igjen, men her er link til bloggen hennes.

The card has three layers with a pocket for a gift card.

CMN julekalender /advent calendar #21: Tutorial on coloring red

Good morning crafty friends!
Today it's my turn to show some Copic inspiration over at the Copic Marker Norge Advent calendar. Behind door #21 I give a tutoral on how to color a dress in my favorite christmas red combination. Warning- lots of pics and a long post today- hope it's worth your time:)

I dag er det min tur til å inspirere i Copic Marker Norges julekalender, bak luke nr. 21 skuler det seg  en liten trinn for trinn forklaring på hvordan jeg fargelegger med julerødt (min favoritt kombinasjon). Les tutorialen på norsk i CMN bloggen! 

This is what I want to make. The box is very much inspired by a box I found over at Trine's papirkaos.

I used the pretty Fairy Bells image by Make it Crafty. I am using the following colors for the red dress:  E18-E09- E07, R24 og R22

I start by coloring my deepest shadows using E18. I color the in the deepest creases of the skirt and on her dress top.

Next I grab my E09, flicking from the E18 and out.

Next is E07.

Then E24 to get that christmas bright red in the blend. I am keeping a small white space. 

 Then I grab my R22. Filling out the rest of the dress.  

Next repeat the process using all 5 colors. (This is where I noticed I had colored a part of her bow, and decided to give the whole thing a go with all 5 markers. LOL)

 To get a better blend I went over the whole dress a second time with all 5 colors,
I also colored her hat.  

Next I colored the rest of the image using these copic colors: 

Skin: E13-11-00-000, R20, Eyes: E35-37

Hair: E37-35-31-30

Greens: E89-87-84-81

Yellows: E35, YR24-23-21-20

"Whites": W7-3-1-00

Brown: E37-35-33-31-30

Finally I put a shadow around the image to create more depth. 

I used W5-3-1-00 and blender. I added a tiny touch of W7 under her shoes and here and there around the image.

Here is my finished project using the image. I decorated a chocolate box. 

 With yummy chocolate inside.

DT Copic Marker Europe : No lines coloring

Good morning peeps,

Here's a Christmas card I made for Copic Marker Europe this week. 

I have colored this cute Whimsy Stamps image using the no-lines technique.

I stamped the image using Memento Tofee Crunch ink, wich is light brown. 

When I color the lines wont show, and it gives a soft look on the image.
Kruemel made a great tutorial on no lines coloring on the Copic Marker Europe blog. You can find it HERE if you want some tips on how to do it! Here's my card:

I used Maja Design papers in traditional Christmas colors, red, white and green. I used spellbinder dies, and Martha Stewart punches, flowers are Papirdesign and sentiments by Norsk Stempelblad. 

 Here's my image, it's named Berry, made by Sylvia Zet for Whimsy Stamps. 

I used the following copic colors: 

Skin: E13-11-21-00-000, R20

Hair: E29-27-21

Red: E18-09-07, R24-22, W7

"White": W7-3-1-00, 

Green: G99-94-82-21-40, W7

Cat: E35-33-31-30, R20

Copic Marker Norge Advent Calendar: #14

Good morning crafty friends, 

Today I want to show you a card I made for The Complete Cardmaking Magazine #52. So proud to make the front cover with this card! Today I am showcasing it over at the Copic Marker Norge advent calendar. 

This is a card with a pocket for money or a gift card. 

I used Maja Design papers from the Vintage Frost Basic collection, Punches are by Martha Stewart- Himalayan Snowflake, Aspen Snowflake border and corner punch and Cherish border punch. Dies used are branches by Marianne design, Merrry Chrsitmas and Be Jolly sentiments by Lifestyle crafts. I used Frantage shabby white around the image and on some of the diecuts and snowflakes to create a snowy look. Flowers are Wild Orchid Crafts  and Kort og Godt. Sentiment is by Magnolia. Pearls by Melissa Frances, and I used Distress ink Walnut Stain to distress edges. I used my sewing machine along the edges of the design papers. 

Image is Winter Mail Ellie by The Paper Nest Dolls.

 I made a tealight card. I originally found the idea over at the Stamp Artic blog.
Papers are Pion Design Cristmas papers from last year. Flowers by North Star Stamps and Hobbykunst. Dies by Spellbinders and Memorybox. I used a Martha Stewart punch- cherish- along the edges. Snowflakes are the Martha Stewart Himalayan Snowflake punch. Sentiment by North Star Stamps.

CMN julekalender / Advent calendar #10

Good morning crafty friendes, 

It's december 10th and it's time to open a new window in our Advent Calendar over at Copic Marker Norge. I made a christmas shopping list wall hanger for my Christmas shopping list. 

Da er vi kommet til luke 10 i adventskalenderen hos Copic Marker Norge. Det  er mye som skal huskes på til jul, derfor har jeg laget en huskeliste som kan henge på veggen i førjulstiden og være både dekorativ og nyttig. Jeg henger på en blokk med klistrelapper som jeg kan ta med meg når jeg skal ut og handle.

 The wall hanger is a 6 x 12 inch cardstock with Maja Design patterned papers. Flowers by WOC, die by Memorybox and some cheese cloth behind the image.

Jeg har skåret til en 6 x 12 " kartong og dekorert med mønsgerpapir fra Maja Design, dies fra Memory Box, blomster fra WOC og charms fra Korthobby. Jeg har også litt osteklut bak motivet.

Clean and Simple christmas card

Hi friends, 

Here's a card I made for the Ett Trykk Chistmas edition this year. I don't often make Clean and Simple cards, but this time I gave it a go. I didn't even distress the edges, I must be out of my mind...lol.  I must say the CAS one are much easier and cheaper to send in the mail...lol. 

I used Bazzill cardboard in white and red, and a small piece of Magnolia design papers. Sentiments by Norsk Stempelblad, Charms by Kort og Godt and some twine. Snowflake is a Martha Stewart punch- Himalayan Snowflake.

I colored this cute Magnolia image using my Copic Markers.

Another Christmas card in blue and white

Hi friends, 

Hope you are doing well and that you find time to enjoy the christmas preparations. We are baking christmascookies, making decorations and cards and wrapping presents at our house. Listening to christmas carols and enjoying the season for all it's worth! And no stress this year (he he really? One can dream...lol). 

I have made lots of cards in blue and white this year. Here's one using a lovely image I bought over at Penny Blossom.

Papers are Maja Design. I used a Martha Stewart punch and Magnolia snowflake dies, Poinsettia dies by Spellbinders covered with frantage embossing. Sentiments by Norsk Stempelblad.  Swirl die by Memorybox.

 The image is "little gift". It reminds me of a fairy tale by H.C Andersen we used to read when I was 

a child. A sad story, really, but so beautiful. It was called The Little Match Girl. (getting a bit nostalgic here...lol)

I colored my image with the following copics:

Skin: E000-00-13-11, R20

Hair: E49-39-37-35-31-30

Clothes: E79-77-74-72-70, B99-97-95-93-91

I used B60 around the image, and W3-1-00 on the ground

Here's a peak inside too. I used the lovely papers as decoration.
